Sacred Sound Therapy

This private, ceremonial sound therapy session is a very special experience and has many benefits when compared to a casual group sound bath. In this intimate setting I'm able to fully hold space for you by tapping into your unique energy field- guiding the intentional frequencies and their healing power where it's most needed within you. This provides a potent resonance and the greatest benefit to your wellbeing, resulting in palpable inner vibrational alchemy. You will leave your session feeling calm, inspired, weightless, and restored back to your natural harmonic vibration!

The ancient practice of using sacred sound and therapeutic vibration is a powerful way to cleanse and purify, to heal and release stuck inner trauma, bring in renewed energy, and to elevate your being to its most balanced and harmonized state. Laying on a massage table under a cozy blanket with a weighted eye pillow resting over your eyes, there will be nothing for you to do other than relax, surrender, and listen. After an aura cleansing using Sage or Palo Santo, and a calming guided meditation, you'll begin to lose sense of the world around you as you're taken on a deep, inward journey of sound.
