Reiki Energy Healing

During a Reiki Energy Healing session, soothing life-force energy is channeled through my palms and into your energetic field with a light touch. We begin with a relaxing guided meditation and aura cleanse. To assist in clearing and balancing your energy, I may use various tools such as tuning forks, sacred oils, crystals, and sound healing. The experience is deeply relaxing and uniquely personalized in the moment, depending on what you are navigating and what you are in need of energetically.

Your Reiki session will take place in the peaceful Salt Room, where you will receive the added benefits of negative ion immersion, along with Chromotherapy lights, which work together to bring you into an even deeper state of balance and energetic harmony.

My sessions are highly intuitive in nature. I may receive visions, messages, and guidance from Spirit with additional insight into your unique energy signature, and/or things you can implement into your daily life to maintain your energetic well-being. Any insight will be written down as it's received and given to you after your session.

This session will assist in restoring energetic balance on all levels, while also guiding and offering clarity and practices for empowered self-healing. My intention with this experience is to shed a loving light on your current state of being from an energetic, holistic, and spiritual perspective- body, mind, and soul- bringing forth relaxation, wisdom, guidance, empowerment, and quantum healing for your journey ahead. You will leave your session feeling calm, harmonized, and aligned.

SALT HALOTHERAPY ADD-ON: $40
A halo-generator is used to disperse pharmaceutical grade Himilayan salt into the air while receiving your Reiki Energy Healing. Salt inhalation therapy is beneficial for endless things- depression, stress, anxiety, allergies, sinus problems, skin conditions, fatigue, aches and pains, you name it!
